Why I can't see Chinese characters?

In order to see Chinese characters, your system need to install Chinese fonts. If your system does not have Chinese fonts, your will be prompt to install Chinese fonts when you use IE to browse this website. You should follow the prompt and install the Chinese fonts from your Windows installation disk. Then you should be able to view any content within this site.
